Scorpion Delivery Information

Stock Garments 

  • Production time can take between 2-4 weeks to produce. Bespoke garments can take longer, please contact our sales department for further guidance.
  • Despatched via Interlink Express on a next working day service (subject to stock availability and payment clearing our account).
  • Charge depends on the size/weight of your consignment. Standard rate is between £6.95 to £10.00 delivered to 1 mainland UK address. FREE on orders over £100
  • Interlink deliver between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, deliveries will require a signature.
  • If you are not in when the delivery is made, a calling card will be left to arrange a suitable re-deliver time or collection from depot.
  • Orders need to be placed via our website or telephone before 2pm to achieve next day delivery, otherwise your goods will follow the following working day.
  • Subject to you adding a live email address at the time of ordering, an email will be sent via Interlink giving you an hour slot to when you goods will be delivered.
  • Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland will be despatched on a 2-3 working day service due to logistics.
  • We do not offer International shipping

​Branded Club Garments

  • Standard lead time is approx. 3 weeks from payment of order (subject to stock availability).
  • Bespoke non stock items lead time is between 4 - 8 weeks (subject to your requirements).
  • Garments purchased in person via our retail shop are available to collect the same day (subject to availability
    This service is not available through busy periods of the year.
  • Orders despatched via courier service will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Garments branded with your club badge, initials or specialize print, or non returnable. Please check your order/size carefully before proceeding.

Bespoke Garments

  • Any garments that have to be produced or printed for you is classed as bespoke garments. This includes kits, club badges, names and number prints.
  • Standard lead time is 4 - 8 weeks from approval of order, payment and PDF layout proofs.
  • Shipped using Interlink Express, will require a signature upon delivery.
  • BESPOKE GARMENTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE, COLOUR, LOGO.

Shipping Charge

  • Parcels are charged per weight/size. Standard charge ranges between £5.95 - £10.00 UK mainland delivery address.
  • FREE shipping available on orders above £100
  • Goods can be collected from our Coventry retail shop, 24hrs notice must be given to allow us to give you a suitable collection time.

Errors/Damages

  • All orders are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse. 
  • If you receive your garment(s) and they are damaged you must notify Scorpion via email sales@scorpionsports.co.uk within 7 working days. 
  • After 7 days we can not accept returns unless written confirmation is given.
  • Scorpion can not be held responsible for damage caused by wear and tear.
  • If in error you do receive the wrong item, we will arrange for new garment(s) to be sent and the incorrect collected.
  • All returns need to be returned in the original packaging/condition
  • Errors caused by the customer ordering the wrong size, colour, garment, collection and re-delivery charges will apply.
