Returns

Unfortunately, as this garment is made to order (not a stock item), we do not accept returns or exchanges for alternative sizes or products. 

All of our garments are double-checked before being dispatched. Should, for any reason, there be a fault, you will need to contact the Scorpion office within 48 hours. We will arrange for the garments to be collected and inspected.

Are logos included within the price?
Yes, our shirts include unlimited logos on the front, back, and sleeves at no additional charge. 
What method is used to apply the logos?
The logos are dye-sublimated within the fabric of the shirts
What is the lead time?
Our lead time is approx. 4-5 weeks from approval of the order, final artwork visual, and payment received. However, during busy periods, the lead time can extend to 6-8 weeks, depending on the level of production activity. 
Can we order fewer than 12 shirts?
Unfortunately, 12 shirts is our minimum for a first order. For additional orders of the same design, we can produce just six shirts.
Can the colours of your shirt designs be changed?
Yes, our standard shirt patterns can be produced in any colour scheme.
Do you offer samples to try on for sizing?
Yes, we have blank sizing shirts in our shop in Coventry. Or we can send shirts to you via a courier. A deposit of £10 per size is required, which is fully refundable upon return of the shirts. 
What is your delivery charge?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 to 1 mainland UK address. 
Do you offer a ladies' fit?
 Our standard Semi-Pro shirts are unisex. However, if you are looking for a truly fitted ladies' shirt, we can produce this for you. The minimum remains at 12 shirts. However, the lead time extends to 6 weeks. 
Can we see how the shirts will look with our logos on them before proceeding?
Yes, we are happy to send 1 or 2 visual proofs of standard shirt designs pre-order. Any further visuals will be produced once you proceed with an order. See details regarding bespoke designs below.
Can you offer a design service to create a bespoke shirt design?
Yes, we have an in-house design team that can work on your design concepts. We charge £100 for this service, which is fully refundable once you proceed with an order.
 Do you offer any bulk discounts?
We offer a 10% discount on orders of 100 or more shirts. Bundle discounts all depend on the items you require and the quantity required. Please don't hesitate to contact the office to discuss your requirements further.
